Below are the questions we are asked on a regular basis. If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We are now delivering online via Mediazilla. This is a fantastic new platform which is private for you and who you choose to grant access to the films. The films are viewable from any internet-enabled device and are safe for life, optical discs did get broken and scratched in the past. Your films can also be downloaded and stored locally or on cloud-based systems for extra backup. We no longer offer DVD’s.
As there are around 40 hours if editing in a finished film our delivery time is up to 20 weeks. This may be less at certain times of the year.Â

Some bookings are made as much as a year and a half in advance, some a few weeks before the big day.
No two weddings are ever the same. You receive the ceremony and speeches in full so the length will depend on how long they were on the day. The short cinematic film is usually around 13-15 minutes and the highlights around 4 minutes. The highlights is a cut down verison of the short film.
Yes. We will arrange appropriate licences where commercial music is required for private use. This does not cover sharing online though and any shared versions will require licensed music which we buy. All of the examples on the site contain such tracks. Any company that uses commercial music online for public use is risking prosecution.
We try and film as discreetly as possible. We will usually let the photographer direct the wedding party where required. We can offer direction if you desire.
